Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any items arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the affected goods as required.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage from your dispatching post office to ensure the return can be tracked.

Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Goods

Items that have been incorrectly ordered or are unwanted must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning these items.
  • All items should be returned with reasonable care to ensure they arrive safely and, where appropriate, in their original packaging.
  • Sealed products must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of goods, so it is strongly recommended that a proof of postage is obtained. This will support any claim you may need to make with your chosen courier if goods fail to reach us.

Refunds

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned items. Refunds will be processed for items returned in their original condition, less the original postage costs.
